The Lethbridge Bulls make the most of 9 hits in 6-4 victory over the Regina Red Sox

The Lethbridge Bulls (23-10) and the Regina Red Sox (20-12) each put runners in scoring position on Sunday, but the Lethbridge Bulls capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 6-4 win at Currie Field.

Mitch Dornblut racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Lethbridge Bulls. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Dylan Hastings pitched lights out for the Lethbridge Bulls. Hastings gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his 1 2/3 innings of work.

Steve Hazel had a hot bat for the Regina Red Sox. Hazel went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the first and eighth innings.

Alex Regan recorded his fourth win of the year for the Lethbridge Bulls. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Regan struck out nine, walked one and gave up 11 hits.

Jesse Baird couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Regina Red Sox, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out four.
