A walk-off double from Corey Caswell brought home the winning run for the Alpine Cowboys (23-9) in a 4-3 victory over the Roswell Invaders (21-9) in 10 innings on Friday.

Caswell pinch hit for Ryan Rogers in the tenth inning and doubled in Billy Crowe from first.


Casanova Donaldson reached base three times in the game for the Alpine Cowboys. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the sixth inning and tripled in the ninth inning.


Ryan Rogers brought the heat against the Roswell Invaders during his outing. Rogers held the Roswell Invaders hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four.


Jackson Baker ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
