Matt Paciello collected three hits as the Palm Beach Blazers (8-2) took home an 8-3 victory over the Palm Beach Xtreme (3-9) at Spanish River High School on Friday.

He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third and seventh innings.

The Palm Beach Xtreme had no answer for Tyler Bauman, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Palm Beach Xtreme managed just one hit off of the the Palm Beach Blazers' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out seven during his six innings of work.

Alex Ernestine ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
