Robert Moss had two extra base hits, sparking the West Palm Beach Eagles (5-1) to a 5-3 victory in seven innings over the Boca Raton Lightning (2-4) on Saturday at Miller Park.

Johnathon Russell recorded his first win of the year for the West Palm Beach Eagles. He allowed two runs over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered three hits.

Dan Jagiello (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out seven, and allowed four runs.
