Scott Dunn kept the Rockford Aviators (29-37) off the board during his six innings of work and the Washington Wild Things (41-25) beat the Rockford Aviators, 12-0.

Dunn struck out five and allowed one walk and three hits.

The Washington Wild Things scored in the eighth on an RBI double by Garrett Rau, a two-run error, a two-run single by Ryan Kresky, a three-run home run by C.J. Beatty, and an RBI single by Rau.

Rau racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Washington Wild Things.

Kyle Brueggemann couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Rockford Aviators, taking a loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed three runs.

The Washington Wild Things pounded the Rockford Aviators pitching, as six hitters combined for 11 hits, 11 RBIs and eight runs scored.
