Seth Webster kept the Traverse City Beach Bums (23-37) off the board during his six innings of work and the Schaumburg Boomers (34-26) beat the Traverse City Beach Bums, 4-0.

Webster struck out 10 and allowed two walks and five hits.

The Schaumburg Boomers were led by a flawless day at the dish by Joe De Pinto, who went 4-4 against the Traverse City Beach Bums' pitching. He singled in the first, third, and fourth innings and tripled in the seventh inning.

Tanner Tripp pitched six innings and allowed no earned runs, six hits and one walk while striking out five.

Tripp (1-5) took the loss for the Traverse City Beach Bums.
