The Saskatoon Yellow Jackets (13-21) had a tough outing on Thursday, as the Moose Jaw Miller Express (19-16) dominated in a 9-2 win at Ross Wells Park.

The Moose Jaw Miller Express scored two runs in the eighth on the Moose Jaw Miller Express scored in the eighth on a groundout by Austin Russell and an RBI single by Ben Douglas.

Aidan Stinnett was hot from the plate for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. Stinnett went 3-4 and scored three runs. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fourth and fifth innings.

Terry McNabb kept contact to a minimum, striking out 10 the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets batters. McNabb allowed two earned runs, eight hits and three walks over eight innings.

Connor Lloyd got a hit in each of his four at bats. He singled in the third, fifth, seventh, and ninth innings.

Jake Hein was charged with his fifth loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
