Ben Grillo went 2-4, helping the Yorkton Cardinals (17-20) to a 2-1 victory over the Regina Red Sox (24-14) on Monday at Jubilee Park.

Despite the loss, the Regina Red Sox's Jesse Baird dominated the Yorkton Cardinals' batters, giving up two runs and striking out seven.
Max Chadsey got the win, running his season record to 2-3. He allowed one run over three innings. Chadsey struck out four, walked four and gave up no hits.
