The Okotoks Dawgs (11-13) beat the Moose Jaw Miller Express (13-11) 4-3 on Thursday at Seaman Stadium behind Connor Crane, who collected three hits.

He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the eighth inning.

Tyrell King picked up the win for the Okotoks Dawgs. King allowed no earned runs, six hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.

Derek Cornell had a hot bat for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. Cornell went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the eighth and ninth innings.

Terry McNabb was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
