Brandon Bufton collected three hits, sparking the Lethbridge Bulls (7-3) to a 7-5 victory over the Weyburn Beavers (3-5) on Wednesday at Tom Laing Park.

He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the second and fifth innings.

Spencer Mallonee got on base three times in the game for the Weyburn Beavers. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

John Pistulka had an impressive outing against the Lethbridge Bulls' lineup. Pistulka held the Lethbridge Bulls hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Kyle Olliges improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Lethbridge Bulls. He allowed three runs over 5 2/3 innings. He struck out eight, walked three and surrendered six hits.

Teddy West (0-1) took the loss for the Weyburn Beavers. He allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out four.
