Nathan Ackerman had three RBIs, sparking the Swift Current Indians (3-4) to an 11-6 victory over the Okotoks Dawgs (1-6) on Tuesday at Mitchell Field.

Jake Simmerman racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Okotoks Dawgs. He doubled in the second innings and singled in the fourth, sixth, and eighth innings.

Reilly Grose got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over four innings. He struck out one, walked three and surrendered four hits.

Jon Richards ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out two.
