An impressive effort by Adam Bleday carried the Butler Blue Sox (25-18) to a 2-0 win over the Richmond RiverRats (16-27) on Saturday at Pullman Park.

Bleday brought the heat against the Richmond RiverRats during his outing. The Richmond RiverRats managed just one hit off of the the Butler Blue Sox's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out 10 during his six innings of work.

Bowie Matteson (0-5) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
