The Quincy Gems (19-13) put in a full day's work in a 13-inning, 6-5 win over the Hannibal Cavemen (15-18) Sunday at Quincy Stadium.

With the score tied at five in the thirteenth inning, reached on an error, bringing home Brett Peel.

Demetre Taylor got on base four times in the game for the Quincy Gems. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He homered in the second inning.
