Brent Hermanussen went 2-5, helping the Champion City Kings (5-2) to a 6-1 victory over the Lorain County Ironmen (3-4) on Tuesday at The Pipe Yard.

Luke Mamer picked up the win for the Champion City Kings. Mamer pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, seven hits and no walks while striking out five.

Sam Clarke was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out four.
