Kurt Horne held the New Brunswick (5-1) scoreless for six innings to boost the British Columbia (6-1) to a 7-0 victory.

Horne allowed two hits, three walks and struck out 10.

The British Columbia blew out the New Brunswick thanks to 11 hits, including zero extra base hits. The British Columbia scored two runs in the sixth on a wild pitch and an error.

It was a good day at the plate for the British Columbia's Keenan Williams. Williams went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Corey Ouellette (0-1) took the loss for the New Brunswick. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked one and struck out three.
