Alex Winkelman kept the Lexington Hustlers (11-14) off the board during his seven innings of work and the So. Ohio Copperheads (18-6) beat the Lexington Hustlers, 4-0.

Winkelman struck out three and allowed two walks and five hits.

Dalton Busby racked up two RBIs on two hits for the So. Ohio Copperheads. He singled in the third inning and homered in the seventh inning.

A bright spot for the Lexington Hustlers in the defeat was Blake Oyler, who allowed only two runs while striking out five.

Oyler (0-3) took the loss for the Lexington Hustlers.
