The Xenia Scouts (7-10) beat the Lima Locos (9-6) 3-1 in seven innings on Thursday at Simmons Field behind Joey Miller, who went 1-1.
He singled in the second innings.Tommy Kister brought the heat against the Lima Locos during his outing. The Lima Locos managed just two hits off of Kister, who allowed one earned run, walked none and struck out five during his seven innings of work.
Aron Mcree (2-2) took the loss for the Lima Locos. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
