Kevin Foley went 1-4 as the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (7-5) took home a 5-4 victory over the Brockton Rox (5-7) in seven innings at Campanelli Stadium on Tuesday.

Bob Carbaugh brought the heat against the Brockton Rox during his outing. Carbaugh gave up just two hits, allowed two earned runs, walked four and struck out three during his six innings of work.

Lorenzo Papa was hot from the plate for the Brockton Rox. Papa went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the first inning.

Brendan Doonan (0-2) took the loss for the Brockton Rox. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
