The Presstman Cardinals (0-2) didn't put up much of a fight on Saturday, as the Baltimore Redbirds (2-0) cruised to a blowout 7-0 win at Carlo Crispino Field.

A two-run home run by Alex Pastorius helped the Baltimore Redbirds score two runs in the sixth. The Baltimore Redbirds had one hit in the inning.

Pastorius racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Baltimore Redbirds.

The Presstman Cardinals had no answer for Brandon Hinkle, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Presstman Cardinals managed just one hit off of the the Baltimore Redbirds' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out five during his four innings of work.

Nick Caples was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
