Alex Bishop went 1-2 as the Alberta (2-3) took home a 5-4 victory over the Quebec (1-4) in seven innings at Amede Roy on Monday.

Nolan Bumstead improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Alberta. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out five, walked none and surrendered nine hits.

Xavier Bilodeau (0-2) took the loss for the Quebec. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed one run.
