A walk-off single from Brian DelRosso brought home the winning run for the Santa Fe Fuego (25-28) in an 11-10 victory over the White Sands Pupfish (21-33) at Fort Marcy Park on Saturday.

George Ban rocked the Santa Fe Fuego with two home runs. Ban went 2-5 in the game with four RBIs and two runs scored. Ban homered in the first, first, and second innings.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 21 total runs and 28 hits during the game. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using nine pitchers in total.

Devonte Odums racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Santa Fe Fuego. He singled in the third innings, doubled in the seventh inning, and homered in the eighth inning.

Freezy Smalls got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He tossed one inning of shutout ball. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Justin Mauldin (0-4) took the loss for the White Sands Pupfish. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
