Alan Cheatham went 1-1 and hit a home run, sparking the Trinidad Triggers (18-12) to a 10-7 victory over the White Sands Pupfish (17-17) on Thursday at Aquarium.

The Trinidad Triggers relied on Chris Tuttle to eat up innings en route to the win. Tuttle pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out two.

George Ban racked up two RBIs on two hits for the White Sands Pupfish. He singled in the eighth inning.

The Trinidad Triggers couldn't get anything going so long as Chad Hadzinsky was on the hill. Hadzinsky held the Trinidad Triggers hitless over one inning, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Chris Anklam ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked none and struck out two.
