The Bras and Bros (4-0) and the Chargers (2-2) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Bras and Bros that eventually took advantage of them in a 10-5 win at Shorefront Park.
Rich Lohar went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Bras and Bros. He singled in the second inning and tripled in the fifth inning.
Steve Leonardo did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Chargers, reaching base three times. He singled in the third and fourth innings.
Even though Chris Schneider allowed five runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his fourth of the season. He struck out five, walked two and surrendered 15 hits.
Joey Ingraldi was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 10 runs in seven innings, walked 10 and struck out four.
