An outstanding effort by Cameron Vieaux spurred the So. Ohio Copperheads (24-15) to an 8-0 win over the Grand Lake Mariners (20-18) on Friday at Montgomery Field.
Vieaux kept contact to a minimum, striking out 11 the Grand Lake Mariners batters. The So. Ohio Copperheads' pitcher gave up just one hit over nine shutout innings.
