The Hamilton Joes (16-23) and the Lexington Hustlers (14-23) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Hamilton Joes that eventually took advantage of them in a 9-5 win at Georgetown College.

Caleb Bryson racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Hamilton Joes. He homered in the third inning and tripled in the eighth inning.

Cameron Dishon racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Lexington Hustlers. He singled in the third, fourth, and sixth innings.

Steven Szobesky improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Hamilton Joes. He allowed one run over two innings. Szobesky struck out two, walked one and gave up two hits.

Austin Warner couldn't get it done on the hill for the Lexington Hustlers, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked four and struck out two.
