The Hamilton Joes (12-16) continued to pile up the runs on Sunday, scoring eight runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 16-2 landslide win over the Dayton Docs (13-15) at Foundation Field.
The Hamilton Joes scored six runs in the eighth on a groundout by Luke Wurzelbacher, , an RBI double by Adam Collins, an error, an RBI double by Caleb Bryson, and a double by Bryson.
Collins racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Hamilton Joes.
Even Bell picked up the win for the Hamilton Joes. Bell allowed two earned runs, four hits and no walks while striking out three over six innings of work.
Daulton Mosbarger put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Dayton Docs. He doubled in the first and third innings.
Charlie Dant was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
