The Licking County Settlers (9-4) outlasted the Dayton Docs (7-6) at Don Edwards Field 5-4 on Friday after 10 innings.

With the score tied at four, hit a sacrifice fly, plating Matt Parisi.

Ashton Perritt was solid at the plate for the Licking County Settlers. Perritt went 3-5 and drove in one. He tripled in the fifth inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

Connor Murphy improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Licking County Settlers. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out four, walked none and surrendered five hits.

Joey Stoll (1-1) took the loss for the Dayton Docs. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
