Tyler Beck kept the Duluth Huskies (8-7) off the board during his six innings of work and the Alexandria Blue Anchors (3-10) beat the Duluth Huskies, 3-0.

Beck allowed four hits, one walk and struck out four.

Aaron Gretz helped the Alexandria Blue Anchors take the lead for good in the seventh inning. With the game scoreless in the seventh inning Gretz came to the plate and doubled.

Albert Baur racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Alexandria Blue Anchors. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the seventh inning.

Luke Vandermaten ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed no runs.
