Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Tuesday as the St. Cloud Rox (7-7) outscored the Thunder Bay Border Cats (6-8) 11-8.

Tim Colwell helped the St. Cloud Rox take the lead for good in the sixth inning. With the score tied at four, a groundout by Colwell scored Chris Paul.
Paul racked up two RBIs on two hits for the St. Cloud Rox. He homered in the first inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Jason Vosler had two extra-base hits for the Thunder Bay Border Cats. He singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the fifth and ninth innings.
Tyler Wolfe improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the St. Cloud Rox. He allowed two runs over three innings. Wolfe struck out two, walked none and gave up two hits.
John Hayes ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
