The Lakeshore Chinooks (7-4) took the last of five lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (3-8), securing a 4-2 victory on Saturday at Witter Field.
Jerrick Suiter hit two home runs for the Lakeshore Chinooks. Suiter went 2-4 in the game with three RBIs and two runs scored. Suiter homered in the fourth and eighth innings.
The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters' lineup had no answer for Donnie Hissa. Hissa held the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four.
Despite the loss, the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters' J.P. Feyereisen dominated the Lakeshore Chinooks' batters, giving up zero runs and striking out five.
