Kyle Bouman held the La Crosse Loggers (5-4) scoreless for six innings to boost the Lakeshore Chinooks (4-4) to a 4-2 victory.

Bouman struck out four and allowed one walk and two hits.

The Lakeshore Chinooks staved off the La Crosse Loggers as the La Crosse Loggers were unable to match the Lakeshore Chinooks down the stretch.

The La Crosse Loggers scored two runs in the seventh on a sacrifice fly by Bobby Juan and an RBI single by Mike Nadratowski. Despite their efforts, the La Crosse Loggers couldn't get over the hump.

Marty Herum was hot from the plate for the Lakeshore Chinooks. Herum went 2-3. He singled in the fourth inning and tripled in the eighth inning.

Collin Lee ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
