The Duluth Huskies survive the Waterloo Bucks rally, escape with 5-3 victory

The Waterloo Bucks (4-3) weren't able to come back from the big hole they dug themselves into against the Duluth Huskies (6-2), and the Waterloo Bucks lost 5-3 to the Duluth Huskies after falling behind by three runs in the third inning.

The Waterloo Bucks scored two runs in the fourth on two singles. Still, the Waterloo Bucks couldn't catch the Duluth Huskies.

Brad Wilson went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Duluth Huskies. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Patrick McGrath recorded his first win of the year for the Duluth Huskies. He allowed three runs over six innings. McGrath struck out two, walked two and gave up six hits.

Kyle Kramp (1-1) took the loss for the Waterloo Bucks. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
