Dayne Parker went 2-3 as the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (9-9) took home a 5-3 victory over the Anchorage Bucs (11-6) in seven innings at Mulcahy Field on Thursday.
He singled in the first inning.Carlos Fuentes improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. He allowed three runs over five innings. Fuentes struck out six, walked one and gave up six hits.
Cory Copping ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
