He singled in the sixth inning and homered in the eighth inning.Scott Grist brought the heat against the Matsu Miners during his outing. Grist held the Matsu Miners hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.
Ty Schlottmann (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
