Dylan Nelson kept the Chugiak Chinooks (1-6) off the board during his six innings of work and the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (4-3) beat the Chugiak Chinooks, 9-0.

Nelson allowed three hits, one walk and struck out six.

Seven runs in the first three innings helped the Anchorage Glacier Pilots blow out the Chugiak Chinooks. A two-run single by Dayne Parker, an RBI single by Jensen Park, and an RBI single by Park during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots.

Brody Russell put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the third and fourth innings.

James Scott couldn't get it done on the mound for the Chugiak Chinooks, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked two and struck out one.

Russell, Kewby Meyer and Kevin Garcia helped lead the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. They combined for seven hits and four RBIs.
