Steve Moss went 2-4 as the Sugar Land Skeeters (18-3) took home a 4-1 victory over the Camden Riversharks (7-13) at Campbells Field on Friday.
He singled in the first inning and tripled in the seventh inning.Sean Gallagher picked up the win for the Sugar Land Skeeters. Gallagher pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, three hits and one walk while striking out three.
Burt Reynolds was hot from the plate for the Camden Riversharks. Reynolds went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the sixth inning.
Brian Bass (1-4) took the loss for the Camden Riversharks. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
