Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (18-29) outscored the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (31-17) 9-8 in seven innings.

The teams totaled 16 hits in the game.

Josh Raymond got a hit in each of his three at bats. He doubled in the first and fourth innings and singled in the sixth inning.

Michael Marshall got his second win for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs despite allowing five runs over four innings. He struck out three, walked four and surrendered seven hits.

Nick Salerno was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked five and struck out one.
