The Seacoast Mavericks (15-20) jumped out to an early lead on the Nashua Silver Knights (20-12) and captured a 14-4 victory on Wednesday at Leary Field.

Five runs in the first three innings allowed the Seacoast Mavericks to put the game away early.

Brett Tenuto got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the second and third innings.

Brad Reynolds struck out six, paving the way for a the Seacoast Mavericks win. The Seacoast Mavericks' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only five hits.

Johnny Adams racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Nashua Silver Knights. He homered in the sixth inning.

Christopher Good was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
