Tice helps the Marthas Vineyard Sharks down the North Shore Navigators 8-5

Dylan Tice went 2-5, helping the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (15-7) to an 8-5 victory over the North Shore Navigators (11-8) on Wednesday at Fraser Field.

He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Devin Carter put himself in scoring position with three extra-base hits for the North Shore Navigators. He doubled in the second and third innings and tripled in the fifth innings.

Andy Sadoski recorded his first win of the year for the Marthas Vineyard Sharks. Sadoski struck out two, walked none and gave up no hits.

Mike Weisman ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
