Brian Fay collected three hits as the Torrington Titans (4-7) took home a 6-4 victory over the Pittsfield Suns (6-5) at Wahconah Park on Saturday.

The Pittsfield Suns couldn't get anything going as long as Nick Fuller was on the mound. The Pittsfield Suns managed just two hits off of Fuller, who allowed one earned run, walked three and struck out five during his six innings of work.

Kyle Singleton racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Pittsfield Suns. He singled in the seventh inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Rhett Jones improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Torrington Titans. He allowed three runs over 1 2/3 innings. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered four hits.

Patrick Lia ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
