Nick Fuller kept the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (8-15) off the board during his 5 2/3 innings of work and the Torrington Titans (10-15) beat the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, 5-1.

Fuller struck out eight and allowed three walks and one hit.

Connor McKay had a hot bat for the Torrington Titans. McKay went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He tripled in the third innings and singled in the fifth innings.

Kyle Zaorski couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
