A magnificent effort by Sean Keselica lifted the Baltimore Redbirds (22-16) to a 9-1 win over the Youses Orioles (21-18) on Thursday at Calvert Hall HS.

Keselica racked up nine strikeouts in the the Baltimore Redbirds win. The Baltimore Redbirds' pitcher tossed seven innings of shutout ball and allowed only two hits.

The Baltimore Redbirds' bats came to life in the second inning. The Youses Orioles had no answer as the Baltimore Redbirds scored seven runs.

R.J. Dennard racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Baltimore Redbirds. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the third inning.

Ryan Stinar (0-3) took the loss for the Youses Orioles. He allowed seven runs in 1 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out two.
