Nick Kranick racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Alexandria Aces. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the first and sixth innings.
Steve Basile got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed four runs over four innings. Basile struck out one, walked eight and gave up three hits.
Dom Morabito ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in two-thirds of an inning, walked three and struck out one.
