A walk-off solo home run from Cody Walker brought home the winning run for the D.C. Grays (11-14) in a 5-4 victory over the Alexandria Aces (13-8) at Hoy Field on Monday.

The D.C. Grays were led by Walker's hitting. Walker went 2-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the ninth inning.

Chris Nee improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the D.C. Grays. Nee struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Shelby Dixon (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
