After five lead changes in Saturday's game at Shirley Povich Field, the Bethesda Big Train (3-2) finally pulled out a 3-2 win over the Alexandria Aces (0-1).

The Alexandria Aces' lineup had no answer for Ethan Miller. Miller held the Alexandria Aces hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four.

Colin Milon was effective even in defeat, mowing down seven the Bethesda Big Train batters and allowing one run.

Ronnie Glenn ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
