After five lead changes in Tuesday's game at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium, the Park City Rangers (2-1) finally pulled out a 9-7 win over the Newton Rebels (2-2).

The Newton Rebels scored four runs in the ninth on two singles and a two-run triple by Toby Cornejo. Still, the Newton Rebels couldn't catch the Park City Rangers.

Chase Reibenspies racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Park City Rangers. He singled in the third innings and homered in the seventh inning.

Matt Davis got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Davis struck out four, walked two and gave up seven hits.

Josh Markel couldn't get it done on the bump for the Newton Rebels, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
