Lee Longo hit two home runs to carry the Stark County Terriers (17-14) to a 10-2 win over the Grand Lake Mariners (8-20) at Walsh University in seven innings.

Six runs in the opening three innings allowed the Stark County Terriers to easily put away the Grand Lake Mariners. A solo home run by Longo in the first inning and an RBI double by Roger Christensen during the second inning helped the Stark County Terriers put some runs on the board early.

Cameron Palmer kept contact to a minimum, striking out 10 the Grand Lake Mariners batters. Palmer allowed one earned run, two hits and four walks over six innings.

Spencer Rohr reached base two times in the game for the Grand Lake Mariners. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the seventh inning.

Tim Faix (0-3) took the loss for the Grand Lake Mariners. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked three and struck out one.

The Stark County Terriers' Tommy Monnot, Erik Maki, Longo and Christensen combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
