Ben Taylor held the Cincinnati Steam (22-12) scoreless for 6 2/3 innings to boost the Lima Locos (23-13) to a 4-1 victory.

Taylor allowed one hit, two walks and struck out one.

It was a good day at the plate for the Lima Locos' Jacob Bruce. Bruce went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third and seventh innings.

Kyle Hart ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked none, struck out seven, and allowed four runs.
