Both the Guelph Royals (16-14) and the London Majors (17-12) put runners aboard on Saturday, but it was the Guelph Royals that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 5-2 win at David E. Hastings Stadium.

Frankie Hare racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Guelph Royals. He homered in the fourth inning.

The Guelph Royals relied on Adam Reynolds to eat up innings en route to the win. Reynolds allowed two earned runs, seven hits and two walks while striking out two over nine innings of work.

Cory Hammond (2-1) took the loss for the London Majors. He lasted just eight innings, walked five, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
