The Kitchener Panthers (9-11) scored four runs in the eighth to cap an 11-4 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs (9-12) on Wednesday.

Mike Andrulis had two extra-base hits for the Kitchener Panthers. He doubled in the fourth and sixth innings and singled in the ninth inning.

Brandon Farquhar had an impressive outing against the Toronto Maple Leafs' lineup. Farquhar held the Toronto Maple Leafs hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

Jordan Castaldo racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He homered in the third inning.

Kyle McKay improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Kitchener Panthers. He allowed four runs over five innings. McKay struck out five, walked five and gave up three hits.

Adam Garner couldn't get it done on the mound for the Toronto Maple Leafs, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
